1. Technological breakthrough of intelligent leaching system
Closed Gradient Extraction <br>Using a constant temperature (50±2°C) closed extractor, combined with a multi-stage solvent spray system, complete oil-meal separation is achieved. Integrated combustible gas monitoring and automatic interlocking devices ensure solvent volatilization is less than 0.5kg/ton of material, meeting zero emission standards.
DTDC degassing process <br>The wet meal is sealed and transported to the five-layer DTDC degassing machine. Through precise control of steam pressure (0.3-0.5MPa), the solvent residue in the meal is reduced to <300ppm and the protein denaturation rate is reduced to <5%, while retaining the nutritional value of the meal.
2. Mixed oil refining system
Negative Pressure Evaporation System <br>After three stages of purification, the mixed oil is evaporated under a vacuum of -0.09MPa. Using MVR waste heat recovery technology, energy consumption is reduced by 40%. After secondary desolventizing in the stripping tower, the residual solvent in the crude oil can be reduced to below 50ppm.
Closed-loop solvent recovery <br>The condensation system uses a three-stage stepped cooling system (60°C → 25°C → 5°C) and automatic stratification technology in the water distribution tank, achieving a solvent recovery rate of ≥99.5%. After steam desolventizing, the COD of the wastewater is <100mg/L, meeting the GB 8978 emission standard.
3. Environmentally friendly tail gas treatment
Using paraffin countercurrent absorption and desorption tower regeneration technology, the solvent concentration in the tail gas is less than 50mg/m³, reducing emissions by 90% compared to traditional processes. The purity of the solvent regenerated in the desorption tower reaches 99.8%, achieving near-zero emissions.
