Factory site selection requirements

• Area: Small production lines need to be over 200 square meters (including raw material area, processing area, and packaging area);
• Location: Prioritize areas with convenient transportation and close to sesame production areas to reduce raw material transportation costs

List of core production equipment

1. ‌Pretreatment Equipment‌

   • ‌Cleaning and screening machine‌ : To remove sesame impurities (stones, dust, etc.), a gravity stone remover is required
   • ‌Watering/conditioning equipment‌ : Control the moisture content of sesame to 15%-18% to improve pressing efficiency
   • ‌Seed roasting machine‌ : roasting to stimulate the aroma, the temperature needs to be precisely controlled at 180℃–200℃

2. Oil pressing equipment

   • ‌Hydraulic oil pressing‌ : static pressure cold pressing retains nutrients and the oil is clear (suitable for small batches and high-quality sesame oils)
