Pretreatment: Before the oil is extracted, it needs to be subjected to different mechanical treatments, heat treatments and conditioning treatments, which are called pretreatment. The pretreatment of cottonseed includes cleaning, shelling, kernel-shell separation, embryo rolling, steaming, puffing, drying and other processes.
⑴Cleaning process: In order to effectively achieve the cleaning effect, the process will be equipped with a high-efficiency vibrating screen to clean up large and small impurities; a wind separator will be configured to remove shoulder stones; in order to ensure a good operating environment in the workshop, the process design will be equipped with a system dust removal device, using a cyclone separation dust collector and a secondary dust removal system.
⑵ Shelling process: In order to ensure good softening and rolling effect of cotton seeds, cotton seeds must be shelled and kernel and shell separated. The double-roller cotton seed shelling machine can maintain a high kernel rate. The combined kernel and shell separation screen and the matching circular beating screen can ensure that the kernel content in the shell and the shell content in the kernel meet the process setting indicators.
⑶Blanking process: Blanking is to prepare cotton kernels of a certain particle size into thin sheets of about 0.3 mm, which fully destroys the organizational structure of the cotton kernel. The purpose is to extract the oil in the raw materials to the maximum extent in the shortest time during the leaching process, so that the residual oil in the meal is less than 1%.
⑷ Steaming and frying process: The cotton sheets obtained from the billet rolling machine enter the steaming and frying pan, and are steamed and fried at high temperature and high moisture to adjust the temperature and moisture of the cotton sheets and effectively destroy the cottonphenol. The cooked sheets enter the pre-pressing machine.
⑸ Pre-pressing process: the steamed and fried dough is adjusted by the auxiliary frying pan and enters the pressing chamber for pressing. The pressed oil is separated from the residue by the oil residue scraper and filtered by the leaf filter before being pumped into the crude oil tank; the pre-pressed cake is transported to the leaching and dephenolization workshop for leaching and dephenolization.
Pre-pressing process: Use pre-pressing machine to squeeze out some oil from cottonseed with high oil content to meet the needs of subsequent leaching of cake. The dry cake has a loose structure without breaking, which is easy for solvent to penetrate, has low residual oil rate and low operating cost.
The crude oil is initially separated from the coarse oil residue by using an oil clarifier, and then the fine residue in the crude oil is filtered out by a vertical leaf filter to facilitate subsequent refining.
