Main process description  

(1) Water washing and degumming section

The crude oil is output from the crude oil tank by the oil supply pump, and after being metered, it enters the crude oil heat exchanger to recover part of the heat, and then is heated to the process temperature through the heater. It is mixed with the metered phosphoric acid or citric acid from the phosphoric acid tank in the mixed gas and then enters the conditioning tank for conditioning, so that the non-hydratable phospholipids in the oil are converted into hydrated phospholipids; after being heated to the separation temperature (90℃) by the heater, it enters the centrifuge for separation to remove the phospholipids and other impurities in the crude oil.

(2) Continuous decolorization process

The main function of the decolorization process is to remove the pigment, residual soap particles and metal ions in the oil. The decolorization effect is more obvious by combining mechanical stirring and steam stirring under negative pressure.

The degummed oil first enters the heater to be heated to the appropriate temperature (110℃) and then enters the clay mixing tank. The clay is transported from the low-level clay box to the clay temporary storage tank by air. The clay addition is automatically metered and interlocked with the oil inlet.

The oil and clay are mixed and overflow into the continuous decolorizer. The decolorizer uses unpowered steam stirring. The decolorized oil enters two alternately used leaf filters for filtration. The filtered oil then passes through a safety filter and enters the decolorized oil storage tank. The decolorized oil storage tank is designed as a vacuum tank with a nozzle inside to prevent the decolorized oil from coming into contact with air and affecting its peroxide value and color reversion.

² Our company's continuous decolorization process has the following characteristics:

1. The oil and the decolorizing agent are in full contact under dynamic conditions, the decolorizing efficiency is high, and the amount of decolorizing agent used can be reduced;

2. The material is continuously and evenly fed in and out, which makes the decolorization time balanced and avoids the oxidation of oil and the rise of acid value;

3. The special stirring structure of the decolorization tower prevents the material from having dead corners, thus avoiding the precipitation of the adsorbent and the blockage of the pipeline.

4. The continuous, closed and efficient filtering equipment realizes the automation of cake unloading and reduces the labor intensity;

5. Advanced drying technology reduces the oil content of the filter cake.

(3) Continuous refining and deodorization process

The qualified decolorized oil enters the spiral plate heat exchanger to recover most of the heat, then enters the high-pressure steam heater to be heated to the process temperature (240-260°C) before entering the deodorization tower. The deodorization tower is a combined type, with an upper structural filler, which is mainly used to remove odor components such as free fatty acids. The lower layer is a plate tower, which mainly has the effect of thermal decolorization and reduces the peroxide value in the oil to zero. The oil coming out of the deodorization tower absorbs most of the heat through the heat exchanger and then further exchanges heat with the crude oil. It is then cooled to 80-85°C in a cooler, and after adding the required antioxidants and flavoring agents, it is cooled to below 50°C for storage. (4) Automatic control system:
