Sesame oil has a strong aroma, can promote appetite and help digestion. It is rich in unsaturated fatty acids such as linoleic acid, oleic acid, and linolenic acid, which are easily decomposed, absorbed, and utilized by the human body to promote cholesterol metabolism and help eliminate deposits on the arterial walls, playing a certain role in preventing and treating cardiovascular diseases.
Sesame oil contains only 0.5% of sesamin, which has excellent antioxidant effects, can protect the liver and heart, and delay aging. Sesame oil also has good anti-cancer function. Sesame oil is also rich in vitamin E, which has the function of promoting cell division and delaying aging. Sesame oil also has the effect of moistening the intestines and laxatives, soothing the throat and relieving sore throat.
The raw materials sent from the raw material warehouse are removed of magnetic impurities by the magnetic separator, and then lifted by the elevator to the cleaning screen, where large and small impurities and dust are cleaned to obtain the cleaned raw materials. Then the raw materials go to the drum seed frying machine for roasting, and the cooked materials enter the oil press; the cakes from the oil press are sent to the cake warehouse. The crude oil containing residue is sent to the oil clarifier through the oil residue scraper for sedimentation and slag removal, and then it is sent to the leaf filter through the oil pump for filtration. Then the filtered crude oil first flows into the clear oil tank and is sent to the hydration degumming section by the oil pump for degumming and drying. Finally, qualified fragrant sesame oil with retained aroma and color is obtained.
The cleaning screens and other places in this workshop are equipped with suction devices. The dusty air is sucked in from the suction points, and the qualified air is discharged into the atmosphere after being dusted by the cyclone. The smoke generated by the seed frying machine during the seed frying process is discharged out of the workshop by the exhaust fan. The residue obtained from the oil clarifier and filter can be mechanically returned to the press.
2. Description of main processes
1) Magnetic separator
A non-powered magnetic separator is configured to remove iron impurities.
2) Cleaning sieve
In order to effectively achieve the cleaning effect, ensure a good operating environment and production stability, and improve the quality of finished products, the process is equipped with a high-efficiency vibrating screen to clean up large and small impurities.
3) Seed frying machine
This process adjusts the moisture and temperature of sesame, peanuts, soybeans and sunflower seeds to the appropriate range for easy pressing.
4) Screw oil press
The screw oil press adopts a combination of round bars and rows. It can press a variety of vegetable oils such as peanuts, rapeseed, soybeans, and sunflowers. It is equipped with micro-electric control, infrared heating, and multi-stage pressing. It is an ideal equipment for oil processing.
5) Vertical leaf filter
This machine is an efficient filtering system that uses a thick stainless steel mesh screen to remove coarse and fine residues in the oil and can automatically discharge the residue. The operation is convenient and continuous, with low labor intensity, which is convenient for subsequent refining.
